When we receive that call, we then begin contacting your pre arranged group members to alert them their help is needed. Our Premiere Members are covered by our "Life Alert System" of daily checkins, either by phone or Internet, ensuring help even if a Member becomes totally incapacitated to the point of not being able to reach a phone or push a button.
