Once you have purchased your Basic Pets Guardian Membership, a Pets Guardian Team Member will contact you to answer any questions and to help you get started building your support network. We will initially send you a registration form to list your Pet Caretakers, in the order you wish to have them contacted. If you would prefer to do this by phone, please call our Customer Service number 888-767-6973 for assistance.
You will be receiving your package of cards, stickers and forms with your personal Member ID# in the mail within a few days. When corresponding by phone or email, please have your Member ID# available.
Once your network is in our "to be called" database, you can consider taking advantage of any of our other programs. You must speak to a Pets Guardian Team Member to sign up for our other programs and services. We believe in personal attention to our Members needs.l
